Helmet/Bike Camera

Im after a bike camera. Can anyone recommend one?

it needs to be good on sound quality as i dont want all that noise intefereance and ideally id like it to run off its own battery.

What can you suggest under £100 ideally.

I found this the other day, there's videos of it in use of youtube. It can clip on chin of crash helmet.
